Worlds public beta terms

Permitted use

You and your organization may install and run Worlds for evaluation, internal testing and CI, including ordinary commercial development work. You may make the internal copies needed for your team, private CI caches, backups and container images. Keep the supplied copyright and license notices with those copies.

You may share your own reviewed test files and reports. You may not sell, sublicense, publicly redistribute or offer the Worlds software itself as a hosted service without a separate agreement with Sparta AI. Public availability of a package does not transfer ownership of its code.

Free access and future changes

No payment card is required. Joining the beta does not start a subscription, and there is no automatic billing. Your infrastructure and any external model or source-provider charges remain your responsibility.

We may change the beta, release updates or end new beta access. Future pricing and material terms will be published before they apply to a new offering; paid access requires a separate agreement. An installed version remains subject to the terms supplied with that version.

Scope, updates and support

Stripe, native Zendesk and supported combined workflows are included at their current documented scope. A beta label does not mean complete API coverage. Read the known limitations and the qualification shown for each connector.

Support and updates are best effort. There is no SLA, guaranteed response time or promise that a requested feature will be built. Releases can contain breaking changes; review release notes and preserve your local work before upgrading.

Responsibility and warranty

Use only data and credentials you are authorized to use. You control your agent, its external connections and the decisions you make from a test result. A passing test is evidence about the tested inputs and supported behavior, not a guarantee about production outcomes.

The software is provided “as is”, without warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sparta AI is not liable for damages arising from its use. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
